Over the last week we have been rolling out a new system for reporting first aid incidents in school. One of the features of the system is that we are now able to email copies of first aid forms to parents and carers, which detail the injury and treatment administered to your child. This will replace the paper copies previously used and enable parents to  receive details of minor incidents directly to their email inbox; however in the cases of bumped heads  and more severe injuries parents will continue to receive a phone call as well.  A letter has been sent home with your child, detailing the contact email  addresses we hold on our system.  Please can you check the details are correct, and if we do not currently have an email address for you on file please complete and return the form attached to the letter as soon as possible.
